Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of titanworks.ai, operated by TitanWorks LLC, 9630 W Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, Florida 33626 ("TitanWorks", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information. Demos use sample data and illustrate how workflows can operate; they are not live deployments. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Estimates and AI suggestions
Calculator results, package recommendations, and AI-generated receptionist suggestions are estimates based on the information you enter. They are not quotes or guarantees of savings, revenue, coverage, or rankings.
Booking calls
Discovery calls booked online are free and carry no obligation. If you can't attend, reply to your calendar invitation to reschedule or cancel.
Services, rates, and billing
Services are provided under a separate signed agreement. Current rates are listed on our pricing page and contract terms page. Monthly fees are billed monthly, starting when your service launches. One-time setup fees are due when you sign your agreement. Every recurring package and AI receptionist plan has a 12-month initial term, starting on your launch date. Additional AI receptionist minutes are billed at $0.50 per minute.
- Recurring packages have a 12-month initial term because the initial website build is partially subsidized.
- Monthly edit and adjustment allowances do not roll over.
- Advertising spend is separate.
- CRM subscriptions, premium integrations, AI usage, voice minutes, and SMS charges may be additional.
- Any additional charges are identified in your proposal before work begins.
- Approved custom website assets transfer to you after contractual payment obligations are satisfied. Third-party licenses and subscriptions remain subject to their providers' terms.
- Final cancellation, renewal, transfer, and ownership terms are set out in your signed agreement.
Your signed agreement governs any engagement and takes precedence over this summary.
AI receptionist services
AI receptionists are not an emergency response line. You are responsible for any call-recording notices and consents required where you and your callers are located, as agreed before launch.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and demos are owned by TitanWorks LLC. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TitanWorks LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
