How billing and commitments work.

Billing cycle
Monthly fees are billed monthly, starting when your service launches. One-time setup fees are due when you sign your agreement.
Initial commitment
Every recurring package and AI receptionist plan has a 12-month initial term, starting on your launch date.
Usage and allowances
AI receptionist minutes are measured per calendar billing month. Included minutes and monthly edit allowances do not roll over; additional receptionist minutes are billed in the following month's invoice. Additional receptionist minutes cost $0.50 per minute.
Cancellation
Cancellation, renewal, and any early-termination terms are set out in your signed agreement, which governs if it differs from this summary.
